Library Card

The Wilson Memorial Library is a participant in the State of Iowa's Open Access Program. Anyone who resides in an area participating in Open Access may have an account at this library. To get a library account, you will need to complete a brief application (available at the library) and show proof of your current residential address in Iowa. (For example, a current Iowa drivers license.)  A post office box is not sufficient proof of residency. Mail may be used as proof of address.

Applications for all children under 14 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, who will then be responsible for the materials lost or damaged by the child. Adult signers of children's library cards must provide acceptable identification as described above.

To reserve any library materials or to borrow a book through SILO, you must have a library account.

If you have a change of address, phone number, or name, please make sure you notify a library staff so changes can be made as soon as possible.
